Curriculum Coloring Pages

Here's a few coloring pages that I have created for an upcoming curriculum project. The first one is of Cain and Abel. The following two are for Noah, his family, the animals and the Ark.

Camels at the Tulsa State Fair?

Well, every year at the Tulsa State Fair they have a petting zoo. This is the first time in five years that we have been in Tulsa much less the states in order that we get to go to the Fair. Tonight, we went to the petting zoo. Among the many animals there was a camel. I got some good pics of him and tonight at home sketched him. Here he is.

Also, in two days the great monster unleashing will take place, where for the month of October I will post at least one new monster sketch each day.

Drawing Through The Alphabet

Every Monday, Angie and I go to a preschool and teach 5-7 five year olds English. During their art time, I draw things that start with the letter they are learning that day. When they are done, they can come over and watch me draw while the others finish their activity. At the end of the day, I usually have two to three drawings. Here are a couple that I have scanned or photographed.

Life Sketches - Giraffe

I go to the zoo from time to time and take pictures of the animals for depth of research, practice and realism in my drawings. Here are some practice drawings of a giraffe including the original picture. The first drawing is the more realistic version and the second is the more toonified.
